Tom Sipowicz, a former police officer, retired early from the Cleveland Police Department to set up his own private investigation business. Because of the nickname, he had received during his early years of martial arts training he decided to use it for his business. Thus was born the Polish Dragon Private Investigative Services who along with his newly acquired partner, Suzie Mandrake, solve cases from the mundane to the bizarre. Join Tom and Suzie on their adventures near and far to see how they resolve the cases they were hired for.

A terrible accident leaves a detective hospitalized in a coma at a local hospital. It appears to be more than just a mere accident. Was someone trying to kill the detective? Was he getting too close to the person he was investigating for drug trafficking? As he goes through his rehabilitation he sees someone that no one else can see. Who is this person? Are they real? Detective Cameron Dean calls on his friend and former partner Tom Sipowicz aka The Polish Dragon to help him solve this case. Unbeknownst to both of them their two cases begin to overlap.
